Digital Services Act

The Digital Services Act (DSA) is a legal initiative that aims to modernize the regulation of digital services in the European Union. Use our reporting form to inform us about content that is in breach of contract or illegal.
The monitoring and control of user content is based on common content moderation practices for hosting services and takes into account the legal model of liability for illegal third-party content after obtaining knowledge ("notice and take down") in accordance with Section 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG).
As soon as we receive reports of inadmissible content or become aware of such content, we inform our customers immediately. We ask them to remove the content in question immediately and to submit a statement or counterstatement. For this purpose, we provide our customers with a form and set a reasonable deadline in accordance with the statutory provisions. Customer notification is carried out manually by an employee. We reserve the right to block the user account through which the objectionable content is accessible after the deadline has expired and after manual review by an employee. You can find more information on this in our General Terms and Conditions.
