Warranty & Liability

We assume no liability for property damage, personal injury or consequential damage caused by improper or incorrect use of the product, in particular by non-compliance with the product documentation. In addition, all warranty claims are void in this case. We also assume no liability for loss of data.

The statutory warranty is two years. The warranty period begins with the delivery of the measuring device. The warranty covers the replacement of the measuring device in the event of material and manufacturing defects that can be traced back to the time of delivery.

Not covered by the warranty:

• Damage caused by improper use/lack of maintenance of the measuring device
• Battery, USB-C charging cable
• Wearable parts such as the measuring device connection cable and WAGO feed-through connectors
