01 Is there shipping beyond Germany?
Shipping takes place within the EU. The costs for deliveries abroad are to be paid by the customer,
and will be specified in the respective offer.
02 How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany is free of shipping costs. For shipping to other European countries, the shipping costs stated in our offer will apply.
If the shipment is made via one of our sales partners, shipping costs may also apply.
03 When will my order arrive?
After your successful payment, the package is usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday) within Germany. However, it can sometimes take longer – for example, in the pre-Christmas period or other holidays.
